1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 4777sx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://4777sx.cam/. These Terms govern your access to, registration with, and use of all features, services and content provided through the 4777sx website.

By accessing or using the 4777sx platform — including browsing content, registering an account or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the 4777sx platform regardless of their location. However, users accessing the platform from Pakistan are specifically advised to review Section 14 (Governing Law) and Section 3 (Account Eligibility) in light of applicable Pakistani legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 4777sx, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or automated entity) aged 18 years or older, or meet the higher minimum age required by the operator or by the laws of your jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including but not limited to any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling would constitute a criminal offence.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual, or have previously been suspended or permanently banned from the 4777sx platform or from any other operator platform for breach of terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of the platform operator, its affiliates or its software providers, where participation would create a conflict of interest.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. Users who provide false information may have their accounts suspended and funds forfeited.

Registering an account constitutes your confirmation that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. 4777sx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

4 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 4777sx platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending balances pending investigation.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide personal details including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all registration information provided;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times;
• Not sharing your account credentials with any third party;
• Notifying the platform support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account;
• Completing KYC verification when requested, in order to facilitate withdrawals and comply with operator anti-fraud obligations.

4777sx will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Where account compromise results from the user's own negligence, the platform's liability is expressly excluded.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the 4777sx platform is subject to these Terms at all times. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, guidelines and policies published by 4777sx, including game-specific rules, promotional terms and responsible gambling policies.

The platform may be used only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree that you will not use the platform:

4777sx reserves the right to monitor platform usage, investigate suspected breaches and take appropriate action — including account suspension, fund freezing or legal referral — where a breach of these terms of use is identified or reasonably suspected.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 4777sx platform are processed through the operator's designated payment infrastructure. The platform may display references to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely for informational purposes. These references do not imply that such providers endorse, facilitate or are affiliated with gambling activity on this platform.

The availability of specific deposit or withdrawal methods is determined entirely by the operator's current cashier configuration and is subject to change without notice. Users must check the live cashier for up-to-date supported methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits denominated in PKR, and any applicable processing fees.

All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

Key rules applicable to all bonuses and promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a defined number of times (e.g., 20x, 30x) before withdrawal is permitted.
• One Bonus Per User: Each promotional offer is available once per user, household, device, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the 4777sx sportsbook and casino are subject to the platform's betting rules, which are published within the relevant game or betting market interface. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4777sx platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or operating accounts on behalf of third parties;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity, address or payment information;
• Using or attempting to use software, bots, automated scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets;
• Collusion with other players, third parties or platform employees to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or malfunctions in games or the platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gameplay intent;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, cooling-off periods or other responsible gambling restrictions imposed by the platform or self-requested by the user;
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, where such use is knowingly undertaken in violation of local law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

4777sx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a defined period may be subject to dormancy policies, including possible fee deduction or administrative closure. Specific dormancy terms are published in the operator's supplementary policies.
• Voluntary self-exclusion or account closure requested by the user;
• A regulatory obligation or court order requiring account action.

Upon account closure for breach-related reasons, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation. 4777sx will communicate the outcome of any balance determination to the user's registered email address.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team at the email address listed in Section 16. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any verified real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4777sx and its operators, directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform;
• Loss of winnings, profits, data or goodwill, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or otherwise;
• Interruption or suspension of services due to technical failures, maintenance, server errors or third-party provider outages;
• Any financial loss resulting from reliance on illustrative PKR figures, bonus concepts or promotional descriptions published on the platform that have not been confirmed as live offers;
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in violation of applicable local laws, including Pakistani gambling legislation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 4777sx platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the intellectual property of 4777sx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Use the 4777sx brand name, logo or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation;
• Scrape, data-mine or systematically extract content from the platform using automated tools.

13 Responsible Gambling

4777sx is committed to promoting safe, responsible and informed gambling practices. We strongly encourage all users to approach gambling as entertainment — not as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses.

The platform provides, or facilitates access to, a range of responsible gambling tools, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending;

Pakistani users are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 governs gambling activity in Pakistan. 4777sx makes no representation that its services are lawful under Pakistani law or that they are approved, licensed or endorsed by any Pakistani governmental, regulatory or financial authority.
